the dust proof eye............ one of alternatives for people who has an enucleated eye (permanently sealed)
I am like you. But mine is not dust proof. They said it was not good to seal permanently. They tried to fit me with a modern (1972) glass eye but it did not fit, it kept slipping out. Very embarrassing adventures followed. So now I wear nothing and my eyelid is all you see. You look better than I do.
